Return & Refund Policy
At Beauty Collective, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the sensitive nature of cosmetics and skincare products, we have a strict but fair return and refund policy.
Conditions for Returns
- Unboxing Video is Mandatory: To claim any return, refund, or exchange, you MUST record a clear, uncut unboxing video when you receive the parcel from the delivery man. Without an unboxing video, no claims will be accepted.
- Damaged/Wrong Products: If you receive a broken item or a different product than what you ordered, please contact us immediately on our WhatsApp (01705-593948) within 24 hours with the unboxing video.
- Sealed Items: Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer within 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
